I flew about 54hours in CWR between February and April 1971. Was operating it for the owner. Flew between Jandakot to the north west pastoral properties in the Pilbara and Gascoyne in WA. Fun to fly. The 225HP(?) Continental meant there was no gear extension speed limitation as it was a bit slow. The electric prop CSU was a mystery, popped the fuse. But special techniques could fix that. Dropped a brake disc at Newman, but got it back in place with fewer clips. The Lear Seigler (?) Autopilot sure kept the V tail waggle at bay. Bathroom 1950's style panel. Best of luck to the new owner. Hope it makes you smile.
